Your Partner in Combating Negativity and Rising Above Challenges 

Backed by more than 8 years of clinical experience as a therapist and couples counselor, I have found an effective approach to combating negative feelings. My treatment plans focus on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods, and concrete  solutions.


The therapeutic approach I take integrates individual, interpersonal, systemic, and intergenerational perspectives of family life and the developmental stages of the family. I work closely with families and individuals going through issues such as infidelity, divorce, life transitions, and other relational difficulties to find the main reason for their problems.


It is my duty to help individuals identify the root cause of their stressors. With this, patients will learn to establish coping methods that suit them best. By doing so, they will be able to live life to the fullest.

Handling a Diverse Group of Clients 

I am also culturally competent. In my line of work, I have encountered a diverse population of clients from varied cultures and countries. I am fluent in both English and Spanish as well.
